I’ve been busy working on this lovely property doing pre decoration repairs to a large conservatory along with rest of the windows and doors. This involved removing any rotten timber, splicing in new timber, replacing any glazing and hardware that’s needed.
Working with rotten timber is a tedious job & I’ve tried various products over the past 20 years but I always stand by the Repair Care International UK system as it’s the best product on the market for timber repairs. I’m an approved contractor so this is backed up by a 10 year warranty.

Timber floor replacement in Grade 2 * listed Church. Always likely to be a bit of a tricky one when you don’t know exactly what you are going to find once you start stripping out.
Looked fantastic when it was completed not so fantastic as we stripped out 😆.
Had to make some changes to improve the structure adding some courses of bricks to carry the joists and form a shutter to take a limecrete fill to sure up the Aisle floor.

Lovely location to work at.

No bells and whistles but a good quality kitchen for a reasonable price that will last many years of use.
