Latest bathroom project coming to an end! What a nice space this has turned in to! Door way moved. Room plastered and aqua panels added in new shower area, light up mirror, extractor fan added, matchboarding on the bottom half with dado rail and skirting. Hall way plastered where the old door way was. And another secondary bathroom has been removed for the customer and room made good with two walls replastered.

After the JCM Accountancy renovations we have just completed in South Shields town centre, we are now moving on to our next big project next week renovating this huge property in Carlisle. Now whilst I am against working away normally, I couldn’t turn down this amazing opportunity to bring an amazing old building back to life.

We have been told that this will be an on going project over years and we are ok to leave the job as and when we want in order to keep our local customers happy in South Tyneside so we will still be able to quote and carry out works in the local area.

I am excited for this new chapter and documenting this epic renovation for you all to see as we progress in different stages.

Just some of the works we will be carrying out will be
New roof structures with big lanterns,
Knock throughs with big steels,
Creating an indoor pool from scratch!
Bar and party areas.

A full 3 bed house renovation completed in Consett, including 2 bathrooms, a porch build, kitchen fit, all works finished from start to finish with help from some of our sub contractors we have on hand. This house was completely stripped back to brick with new electrics and plastering.
