✅ Garden Room Project – Stage 1 Complete!

The building structure is now up and all walls are wrapped with a breathable membrane. Shiplap cladding is in place, and the first fix electrics are done.

Next up: insulating all walls and the roof, fitting the v***r barrier and plasterboards – then we’ll be ready for plastering.

Exciting progress and it’s really starting to take shape! 🔨✨

Another full house of oak doors! a previous customer who I installed a oak staircase for with black cast iron spindles reached out and wanted to match the doors with the stairs!

all the white 6 panel doors were removed and replaced with theese amazing Suffolk oak cottage doors with Matt black handles and hinges which matches really well with the stairs!

All the doors and handles for this job supplied by Ashley Timber Ltd based in South Shields!

We removed the old kitchen and replaced with a lovely grey gloss kitchen! The kitchen is mostly like for like with the old kitchen with just a few changes.

Kitchen is supplied from Howdens and fitted by us!
