A full squad for training this week and a happy group. Best session we've enjoyed for a while with lots of support and encouragement of each other.

We repeated our passing/movement drill from the week before with a little progression added. Pleased to see the girls understanding of the drill and aims increase. We finished with a series of small sided games with some excellent football played throughout.

Laycie picked up player of the session. Great to see her quality shine throughout whilst her attitude was spot on too. Another solid session for Rose this week as well.

Training last week opened with a general warm-up before we moved onto a similar drill from the week before but with more elements added. Lots of progress on show as we tried to develop our movement and timings of runs with Imogen kept busy in goal as we added a finishing element which worked well.

Bella picked up player of the session as she continued her strong matchday form. Sharp in her movement and first touch, she really excelled in the technical side of the drill. Shoutouts for Neive and Rose too, both excellent across the session.

No game last weekend but as we enter the final stretch of the session, we are confident we can finish on a high with no more breaks 🙏
