We've been building an orangery at Woodlands Drive for Lee & Dawn for Snugfit, while we were there we've also removed the internal wall separating the kitchen and dining room maximising space for the instillation of a new kitchen & island, extended the block paving and built a couple of steps.

With building work there's always the risk of what will you find, unfortunately when the kitchen was removed there was rotted joists and floor boards that we repaired.

We've also set up & connected drainage for the island along with 1st fixing plumbing & electrics for the fitting of the island.

Looking forward to seeing the completed job and big thank you to Lee & Dawn for the work and of course keeping Carter & Max topped up with biscuits 😂

Big thank you to my nephew Max Winter, 15 years old on his work experience last week. Never stopped all week, really keen, had a great laugh and even came in Saturday to finish a job off. Well done 👊

After a lovely break in Tenerife we were back building a sunroom for Snugfit, lots of unseen work with this build due to conifers.
We excavated down to 1.6m for our foundations, trench filled with concrete and even back filled with 3 cube of concrete to meet regulations.

Couple of first's on this job 😂 first job I've built with my son, Carter who is now part of the team and first work experience lad I've taken, my nephew Max Winter.

We were back at Maderia terrace for Chris 2 weeks ago to rebuild his garden wall.
Originally priced for a rebuild but after demolishing the old wall we found it was built straight off the clay, we dug out & poured new foundations, rebuilt the wall, repaired the concrete at the front of the path and returned yesterday to fit a new gate.
All complete and most importantly another happy customer. Thanks for the work Chris it was a pleasure.

We've been carrying out some structural alterations at Leafield crescent , all complete & passed off, ready for the bifold doors to be fitted.

After the Easter break and a climb up coniston circular during storm Dave 😂 we were back to South Avenue for Snugfit fitting steels, lintels and cutting out for French doors. We carried out some under pinning to bring the house foundations up to spec for the steel instillation too. All complete and ready for the lads to finish off. This job will be a great job once it's finished and has made massive progress during a short space of time.
