Stress is something we all experience โ but no one should face it alone. This month, letโs come together as a community to uplift, support, and remind one another that kindness and compassion can make all the difference.

Here are some small, powerful ways we can ease stress and spread positivity:
โจ Take a moment to pause and breathe โ a little calm goes a long way.
โจ Get outside for fresh air or a walk โ nature has a way of resetting the soul.
โจ Check in on a friend, neighbour, or loved one โ a simple "How are you?" can brighten someoneโs day.
โจ Make space for things that bring you joy โ even a few minutes matters.
โจ And most importantly โ be gentle with yourself. Youโre doing better than you realise.
