Customer had no heating or hot water. So done a powerflush for them and cleaned out the header tank in the loft. The cold feed was completely blocked. Has to be one of the dirtiest systems I have flushed. the kamco magnet and powerflush done a fantastic job look at all the sludge it removed form the system.

This has to be one of the worst installs if seen. Insulation has been hacked off. Overflow and cold main has been drilled at the wrong high, and the conditions on the Emersions weren't tight and the cable was stripped to far back coursing a electrical arc that could have turned into a fire.

This customer was very lucky. They spotted a small damp patch on there ceiling just in time. This leak was on a hot pipe. When it was hot it was expanding and rubbing on the joist. Remember to always allow for expansion. Pipes got some new Celafelt Felt Pipe Lagging before the floor was put back down l.
