A little further afield for this one - Phase 1 of Project Basingstoke

Completed so far:
▪️Pointing ground out
▪️Loose tiles lifted, primed and relayed
▪️All paving treated and clean
▪️Repointed

Upcoming phases:
▪️ New raised sleeper planter
▪️ Installing new top soil and turf
▪️ All paving bridging DPC around the property to be treated, cleaned, removed, relayed and repointed
▪️ All paving to be sealed with a colour enhancing sealant on completion

Couple of designs sent out this week, amongst a fair few other quotations. something that I don’t normally post on here but I thought it may help other potential clients with ideas.

Job 1 (West end) New decked seating area and matching pathway to the existing paving (mint fossil) down to the summer house with matching mint cobble perimeter.

Job 2 (West meon) This would be job number 4 that we have carried out for a repeat client over the last 4 years. Different part of the property over at Annie’s meadow, the main thing stated at our meeting was making the fire pit area as easy to maintain as possible due to how often it’s cleaned, so over a couple of days I’ve designed this steel removable lid with insulated base (1.7kg) and stainless waste that would go into a soak away within the sub base. (Kandla grey paving and granite cobbles)

And yes we would fully fabricate the removable lid!

Over to Waltham chase village hall next, was nice to pop into the recreation ground and have a look at the new pathway and fencing that we instated back in December. All still looking great, just a quick top up of grass seed!

Great first day on site over at Warsash,
stumps ground out, old paving fully broken out (250-300mm of concrete 👀) Hand dug due to access, all waste removed and site fully cleaned down ready for top soil tomorow morning!
