LANDLORDS - DON'T JEPORDISE YOUR PROPERTY OR YOUR TENANT'S SAFETY. Unsafe electrics can cause fires or electrocution, if your periodic Inspection & Test ( Now a legal requirement ) is not carried out properly, dangerous faults may be missed. There are 'Electricians' out there offering inspections at such low prices that it is almost certain they are cutting corners, just to get finished quicker. We can confirm there are plenty of 'cut price cowboys' out there offering Electrical Inspection & Testing. They offer EICR's at unrealistic low prices, cut corners with the testing to get done quicker, if they find a fault that needs fixing they try and rip customers off by overcharging. WHEN YOUR ELECTRICIAN TURNS UP, ASK TO SEE THEIR CITY & GUILDS 2391 INSPECTION & TESTING CERTIFICATE, IF THEY DO NOT HAVE IT, SHOW THEM THE DOOR, THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO CARRY OUT THIS WORK. LANDLORDS - DON'T JEPORDISE YOUR PROPERTY OR YOUR TENANT'S SAFETY. There are 'Electricians' and Letting agents out there offering inspections at unrealistic low prices. It is almost certain they are not doing the work correctly. A key requirement in this profession is the City & Guilds 2391 qualification ( Electrical Inspection & Testing ) When I sat this C&G exam there were 5 of us taking the exam that day, I passed, the other 4 all failed. I know these 4 electricians were all offering cut price EICR's Beware the 'cut price cowboys' Call us for a quote, or if you want any advice.
