The work will shallow drainage. Internal plastic pipes going through internal buildings to outside.

My client one of the south coasts leading brickwork contractors requires a CSCS Labourer for a construction commercial project in Lordshill Southampton.

The work is up to Xmas and potentially could be longer in the surrounding areas of Southampton if you are reliable and have a good work ethic.

About you
Must have a valid CSCS Card
Full PPE
Construction site experience
Have worked with Bricklayers but not essential
Fit, reliable, and hardworking

Weekly pay in arrears (Payroll)
£15.00 p/h - £15.50p/h

The working day is 07.30 - 15.30

or 7.15 to 17.15

Social Housing/refurbishment contracts

I am requiring Painters to working on a social housing contract in Richmond.

A contract is a 5-year contract with over 1500 houses fo rthe rest of this year. Plenty of work to keep you going.

The houses will be allocated with hours and there is an opportunity to earn extra money.

Example - A house completed will be allocated 25 hrs and if completed in 20hrs, you will get the full 25 hrs on a timesheet. (Price)

Due to the locations of the social housing, I am only looking for Painters with their own vehicle and there is parking, the initial induction will be in Hounslow, then you will be allocated the work in Richmond, and shown the jobs.

About you

experienced painter on residential/refurbs
Own tools of the trade / PPE / CSCS ideally but not essential
Quality work and motivated to earn extra hours.
Must have own vehicle as work is allocated in Richmond.

Monday -Friday £20 p/h

weekend work available
