Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join our friendly and supportive team. What You’ll Be Doing...
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and installation of air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults across a wide range of systems.
• Providing a professional and reliable service to our customers.
• Participating in a 1 in 6 weekly emergency call-out rota.
• Building strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and workmanship.
Working primarily across Hampshire and the surrounding counties—no London work.
What We’re Looking For...
You’ll ideally have:
• City & Guilds Level 2 Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, NVQ equivalent, or higher.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• A valid F-Gas Certification.
• A full UK driving licence.
• PASMA & IPAF certification (desirable, but not essential).
A positive attitude, strong fault-finding skills, and pride in delivering quality work. As part of our commitment to our customers, enhanced DBS checks are carried out regularly and fully funded by the company.

• £40K – £45K per annum
• Company vehicle (with optional private use).
• Door-to-door pay for most jobs.
• 40-hour working week (08:30–17:00).
• Overtime available, paid at:
• Time and a half.
• Double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
