Case Study - Apartment Block
Architectural Drawings VS CGI Renders

This is an exciting project and one we have loved being involved with. Based in Hampshire for an affordable three-storey apartment block for a total of six flats, with the goal to bring functionality and aesthetics together for the client and future residents.

Here you can see the architectural drawings for each of the floors and flats vs how they look visually exterior with the renders. both of these combined are vital in bringing this whole project to life.

Maris Architecture is delighted to have been appointed by a private client from London to provide the architectural design for a single storey holiday house extension.

The main objective of the project is to increase the existing social area and connect it with the garden, both visually and physically, through large glass sliding doors. Another objective is to provide new utilitarian facilities. The client specifically requested a bonsai feature tree, which will be visible through windows from all living areas of the existing house, as well as from the new extension.

Dan Maris, the principal architectural designer, said: “I’ve enjoyed working on this project. This small extension will provide additional leisure and social value to the property. I’m looking forward to going on site and already see myself relaxing there with a beverage, surrounded by friends.”
