Back to Watford and straight into the boiler rip-out at TGI. Hard work but this job’s done… for now! 🔧🔥

Followed by a trip to Wales for a children’s home to sort out a waste pipe feeding two shower trays that over flows when used.

Something different for us this week in Watford.
To strip out x4 floorstanding Commercial boilers.
The sledge hammer got a lot of use on the cast iron boilers.

Another install wrapped up last week!
We fitted a new Vaillant system boiler in the loft along with an unvented hot water cylinder, and gave the system a full-day powerflush to keep everything running clean and efficient. 💧🔥

But it wasn’t all smooth sailing…
Day 1, Ryan knelt on a wasp and got stung.
Day 2, I thought I’d escaped — until one dropped onto my back while wiring the Vaillant controls! 🐝😅
Safe to say the wasps weren’t too happy about the new install!

Ben and Ryan completed a couple of Tesco jobs!
They had a tricky high level drainage run to contend with. Well done Ryan and Ben.

New Wet room.
I completed this bathroom for an elderly couple with mobility issues. I was given the job to design this bathroom to suit there mobility needs and maximise space and look modern at the same time!

It turned out better than expected and now makes showering a lot easier.

I’ve added a shower seat and a new bathroom mirror cabinet since taking these pictures.

Thanks Nigel Perkiss for the tiling! Lovely job.

Combi Swap. His old Worcester was around 20years old. So wanted to replace it with another.

Out with the old and in with the new! We removed the old bathroom and fully tanked the walls. Then installed a new Bath with panels to finish it off.
