I was contacted to renovate this Southampton rental property, which on closer inspection, a lot of the floor had major joist damage. I identified it had been caused by an exterior drainage issue, that evaded the damp-proof course, and co-ordinated getting this resolved. Once it was rectified, I installed a new sub floor in the downstairs hallways and living room. This Quick-step laminate flooring was then fitted to finish it off. A bigger task than anticipated, but a job well done👍

This fitted wardrobe was recently installed at a period home in Lymington. Built into a nook, that has a sloped ceiling, both style and functionality has been injected into a once awkward space. The oak veneer interior consists of shelving and hanging spaces, with the strip lights really bringing out the grain. Custom-built mirrored doors, overlayed with decorative fretwork, are painted in an eggshell pitch black for a chic and luxurious finish 👌

The living room of this Southampton home has had a makeover to add character and provide some much needed storage. A window seat complete with drawers was built into the bay window. Alcove cupboards with floating shelves above were fitted to create a stylish storage solution 👍

This Southampton home has recently had a hallway makeover that has updated its tired features. A Seville oak balustrade has been installed, along with a shaker style understairs cupboard.

The understairs is ready for a lick of paint. A clear hardwax finish can be applied to the balustrade to maintain the natural appearance of the oak 👍
