We are currently working on 3 exclusive executive homes in Swanwick, Hampshire for homes.

We will be installing tiles & Edgemere tiles for a luxury finish to these homes.

Two roofs have now been completed and we will shortly be finishing the final plot.

**Project Update**

We are currently working with Homes on 8 beautiful homes located in the lovely village of Burridge, Fareham.
We are installing the highest quality slate tiles to the roofs of the properties & garages.

We can’t wait to see what the site will look like when it’s finished.

**Project Update**

The guys are working hard to finish Block 11 of the Weston Homes Plc Development in Aldershot.

We are progressing well with this enormous project, we have been working here since summer 2021 and have completed pitched roofs, flat roofs & a huge amount of bespoke leadwork for Weston Homes Plc.

**New Project**

Elliotts Premier Roofing have just won a new project for Homes for their Vistry South East project.

Duoplain Tiles will be installed to 88 plots on the site.
We can’t wait to get started on this project and look forward to working with the exceptional homes, once again.

In January 2021 we completed the pitched tiled roof for the stunning Snow Drop Place care home in Botley all through the struggles of the Covid 19 pandemic.

Once the build was complete the new owners wanted different aesthetics to the timber cladding that had been installed by others.

As they were so happy with the work we had completed for them on the roof they asked us back to site to replace the cladding.

We removed the wooden cladding and installed the robust and luxurious looking , here pictured, in Khaki Brown.

This cladding has been fastidiously installed around the whole of the exterior to leave the owners with an outstanding building with a beautiful clean finish.

*New Project*

We will soon be starting on this lovely small development of two detached homes situated in Old Bosham and are very excited to again be working with Junnell Homes Ltd on this local project.

The roofs will be tiled with Imerys Phalempin clay plain tiles and Glidevale Protect breathable membrane.

These beautiful properties include leadwork to dormers and velux windows allowing the breath taking views of Bosham Harbour.

We have been busy working on this beautiful bespoke property for Junnell Homes Ltd in Prinstead, Chichester. Our guys have been working hard through the cold weather to produce a quality finish to on this new home with traditional ‘rouge nuance’ tiles from EDILIANS on the main roof, Heritage Clay Tiles Ltd on the vertical tile hanging & Glidevale Protect underlay.

It may be cold but the stunning views of the harbour close by makes it a lovely site to work on.
