🚨 Weekend Emergency Callout – Driveway Leak Drama! 🚧💦

Over the weekend we were called to an urgent water leak under a driveway, leaving the house without any mains supply 😬

Turns out their insurance company had installed a “quick fix” repair a few days earlier… and surprise surprise — it failed, and the pipe burst again 💥

With no water in the house and the driveway already flooding, we were on-site within a few hours, digging down, cutting out the damaged section, and installing new fittings and pipework properly 🔧✅

Water back on, no hassle, and a much more solid job 💪

🚽🔧 Small Fix, Big Difference – Toilet Inlet Repair in Locks Heath 🔧🚽

Here’s a quick one that makes all the difference 💡
We were called to a property in Locks Heath to replace a worn-out flexi hose and isolation valve feeding a toilet. The old fittings were starting to weep and could’ve easily turned into a small flood over time 💦

🚧🛠️ FIRST FIX PLUMBING AT HILL HEAD HARBOUR 🛠️🚧

On-site getting stuck into the first fix pipework behind aluminium-framed walls — all prepped and ready for:
🔹 4 basins
🔹 2 sinks
🔹 1 accessible toilet

🧰 Everything piped in cleanly and securely — with some satisfyingly neat solder work to keep things looking sharp. We also fitted a TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) to make sure hot water stays safe for the little ones using the facility.

🚽💥 TOILET VS HAMMER… GUESS WHO WON? 💥🚽

It’s not every day we get a guilt-free excuse to smash up a toilet — but this one gave us no other option. Floor layers had already been in, and we were called to retro-fit the pan… only problem? It was locked in tighter than a drum. No fixings. No access. No mercy. 🔨😅

🎥 Just posted a 90-second behind-the-scenes clip from a recent call-out to a business loo in Whiteley… and let’s just say, this toilet was having a full-on meltdown 😳🚽

The pan was constantly overflowing — not ideal when you’re trying to run a business and not a waterpark! 🌊🙈

🚨💦 BLOCKAGE ALERT: GUSHER MODE ENGAGED! 💩⚠️ 👀 27 seconds of raw, unfiltered drain drama — strictly discretionary viewing!

🎥 Emergency call-out in Lee-On-The-Solent… 📍
The main sewer chamber was kicking off 💢 — backed up due to a sneaky issue that doesn’t show up till it’s too late. 😬

Turns out, the benching (👷‍♂️ that’s the shaped concrete channel at the bottom of the chamber that guides the flow) had eroded over time 🕳️… leaving rough ballast and broken edges behind.

That meant every flush lost momentum as it hit the chamber 😩💧 and got snagged and stacked like rush-hour traffic 🚽🚧

📣 Enter: The Rod.
Just one well-aimed push 🎯 — and BOOM 💥 — the blockage surrendered in glorious, gushing fashion! 🌊💩 (Yes, I had to dodge a splash. No, I wasn’t quick enough 🫣)
