❄️Frosty start to the day here at Equestrian Fencing & Timber! 🥶🌡️
It is a little quieter in the yard this time of year, so we are spending time getting the yard tidy.
In December 📆, we get the yard filled up with materials ready for the next year, and any storms over the winter. ⛈️

📞A customer called us with an emergency - they had to move out of their rented field in a hurry and had nowhere to put their ponies in the new field 🐴

Despite being on a 6 week lead time, the team got to work and managed to get the mobile field shelter turned around in 2 weeks!

The customer was incredibly happy, and the ponies are now settled in their new shelter, just in time for the weather turning. 🌨️⛈️

🚛Lots of Sleepers arriving in the yard this week!
We have 3 options for you to chose from depending on your requirements;

🪵French Oak Sleepers – These are Prime Grade, and are one of our most popular products. Slow grown in Northern France, meaning these are durable and give a nice clean, crisp finish.

🪵Treated Softwood Sleepers – The Cost Effective option, ideal for borders, veg plots and retaining walls. Bit easier to carry around than the other two options!

🪵Azobe Reclaimed Sleepers – Beware, these are heavy! Lifted from the railway lines around Europe, these sleepers are one of the most Durable Sleepers on the market.

A 2 bay timber garage for a returning customer.

To keep the costs down for the end user, we built the majority of the garage using pressure treated softwood apart from the front that has been constructed using Green Oak.
The garage was built using 4x2 studwork and clad with pressure treated shiplap, and the roof cover is felt tiles.

We love creating and completing builds like this, and the customer is thrilled with the end result 😁
