Romsey — The Garden Comes to Life
This is the stage where the transformation really happens.
After months of structure and groundwork, the garden is beginning to shift — moving away from hard lines and into something softer, more natural. Planting is now going in across the site, bringing the first layers of colour and texture and giving the space an immediate sense of life.
The lawn has established the overall calm of the garden, while the terrace and detailing now sit comfortably within it. What was once purely structural is now starting to feel balanced and complete.
There are still a few elements to finish, but the direction is clear. The garden is no longer just being built — it’s beginning to settle into its final form.

Commercial planting is a big part of what we do, and this is a good example of the kind of work that often goes unseen.
Ground preparation, working alongside ongoing infrastructure, and getting planting established in conditions that aren’t always forgiving. Native hedging and trees going in to do their job over time — softening the site, supporting habitat, and giving something back to what would otherwise be a very hard landscape.
Not the finished article yet, but an important stage in creating something that lasts.

Romsey — Set for the Soft Landscape
Following on from recent progress, the garden has now reached a point where everything is in place and ready for the final layer.
The lawn has been brought to its finished levels, and the planting beds are fully prepared with compost and cultivation — set for the arrival of plants and turf. After months of shaping and structure, the groundwork is now complete and ready to support what comes next.
Across the site, the final elements of the build are coming together. The terrace is now fully laid, the composite step is nearing completion, and lighting has been installed throughout, ready to bring the space to life beyond daylight hours.
With all lines now clearly defined, the garden has a strong, resolved structure — just waiting for the introduction of colour, texture and movement to soften and complete the scheme.

Wi******er — Delivering to Programme

A near-complete look at our surfacing works in Wi******er.

Across this project, we’ve delivered a multi-phase external surfacing package, installing porous tarmac build-ups and finishing with Addagrip stone-bound surfaces throughout the site. A combination of machine and hand-laid areas has allowed the scheme to flow across a wide range of spaces, from primary routes through to more detailed interfaces.

As the programme tightened towards completion, we increased labour, extended working hours and pushed production to ensure key areas were delivered in line with the wider build. The result — practical completion achieved on time, with consistent finishes carried across each phase.

A final section remains as part of a separate shared access area beyond the main contract, which we’ll be completing shortly.

Emery Down — Nearing Completion

The project is now firmly in its final stages.

The limestone paving has come together across the terraces, tying the different levels into one continuous, usable space. What was once a challenging, weather-beaten site is now reading clearly — structure, flow and purpose all in place.

The bespoke brick fireplace is well underway and already becoming a key feature within the garden. Set against the paving, it brings weight and presence, anchoring the space and adding a focal point that will only strengthen once complete.

The steps and level transitions are now fully formed, linking each area naturally and making the garden feel intuitive to move through. It’s these moments — where everything connects — that really define the success of a scheme.

Delivered through some of the harshest conditions this year has thrown at us, but the finish remains consistent throughout.

Final touches to come — but the result is already speaking for itself.

Emery Down — A Small Space, Done Right

A quieter part of the project, but one that holds its own.

This terrace may be a smaller element within the wider scheme, but it’s a great example of how considered detailing and proportion can elevate a space. Clean limestone paving, framed with brickwork, sitting comfortably against the character of the house.

From above, you can see how it settles into its surroundings — connecting the house to the garden and creating a usable, defined area that feels completely at home.

Not every part of a project needs to be large to have an impact.
Get the basics right, and it speaks for itself.

Romsey — The Garden Taking Form

Following on from recent progress, the structure of the garden is now clearly established and the detailing is beginning to bring each space to life.

The main herringbone feature sits at the centre of the terrace, framed by large-format porcelain that gives the space clarity and balance. From above, the precision of the layout becomes more apparent — clean geometry, consistent lines, and materials working together to define the space.

Stone stacker walling is now in place, introducing texture and weight to the changes in level, while the composite step is taking shape — carefully tying the terraces together and refining the movement through the garden.

Planting beds are being formed throughout, including the central feature bed, which will soften the scheme and bring a more natural layer into what is currently a strongly structured layout.

It’s a stage where everything starts to connect — structure, material and movement — and the garden begins to feel cohesive.
