Removed and replaced like it should have been. customer had paid £125+VAT for a national company that turned it off at the handle and called it capped
This caused the valve to leak, which they claimed was the isolated valve and charged £130+VAT to replace facing the wrong way
Still not having fixed the problem they came out again and charged £125+VAT to isolate of the dishwasher
