This weekend was the wedding of Mr & Mrs Millier at East Horton Golf Club. They came to me 2 years ago to design their bespoke stationery. I designed their:
•pocket invitations
•Welcome sign
•Table plan
•Name and thank you tags
•Menu cards

I also supplied their wooden laser cut and lace table numbers that hung beautifully from the floral centrepieces.

It was two years ago this lovely couple asked me to create their wedding stationery for their big day and how the time has flown by!

Self building isn’t for the faint hearted. It takes time, dedication, education and patience. You end up saving money but not time. It would take a building contractor less time but you would pay for that time.

My client has a full time job and has been slowly progressing on their single storey rear extension in their spare time. It’s all coming together nicely and as frustrating as they may feel living in a building site, the end result will not only be worth it but something to be proud of knowing that they did it!

I am so unbelievably proud of the team that are a part of this project and am honoured that I was able to have a small role at the very start. Team work makes the dream work!

There we go! Through Covid-19 and an under-performing economy - our R1 BILLION RAND baby has won the BEST RESIDENTIAL/RETIREMENT award in AFRICA/ARABIA region (that includes Dubai) in the annual International Property Awards for 2021/21.

AND... we WON the award for best MARKETING in real estate.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything. The school holidays are always a juggling act between running my small business, look after and making memories with my little ones, being wifey and managing everyday things.

But the new extension is starting to emerge at House Jones. I have designed a space that will be totally different from the original layout and will work so much better for my clients way of life.

Out with the old and in with the new. Demo day and my clients were happy to see the old conservatory removed. Now it’s time to build a single storey extension that’ll make the perfect space for the new kitchen!
