A busy week for our Imants BV Shockwave 220 and 155’s across Surrey and Hampshire.

Deep linear aeration disturbs the soil underneath by shaking from side to side, in turn revitalising heavy wear areas and reducing soil compaction.

Today was our new Imants BV Shockwave 220’s first job, working hard to get that deep linear aeration to aid the drainage and sand banding.

It’s certainly looking good at Farnborough Football Club following renovations 12 weeks prior.

A visit last weekend saw us overseeding the pitch to top up any areas that were struggling and help improve the grass density.

A dusty day day at Baffins Milton Rovers FC yesterday as the vegetation is removed ahead of groundwork’s due to be carried out next week.

The tail end of last week saw us at Farnborough Football Club where we Koro’d off their pitch, top dressed and aerated followed by a 3-way disc seed and 2-way dimple seed. Sprinklers are on and working hard already.

The line marking team have been keeping busy this week during the Easter break.

From athletics tracks and field events to tennis and volleyball courts, with a little bit of everything else in between on natural grass, synthetic and hard surface sports pitches across the south.

We’re almost halfway into March and work is certainly picking back up now the grounds firm and the sun is out (mostly).

Amongst the sand going down and mountains of aeration being completed daily, we might even get the mower out next week, hopefully!

Yesterday we were at the new AFC Bournemouth training facility Verti-Draining the newly built grass pitches. It will be a truly spectacular site once complete.
