A small Car park deck joint sealant replaced at gunwharf quays in Portsmouth. The old joint had failed due to the width of the joint and water was escaping through to the floor below where cars are parked, this can cause damage and staining to cars. So a new joint sealant was recommended by us which was able to take up the movement which was needed to prevent any further problems in the near future

Project Completed! After weather delays and time against us, we have competed facade refurbishment on two identical tower blocks in Portsmouth. Works included full concrete repair package to pre cast units, full joint sealant package to windows and pre cast panels, clear protective coating over whole building and new mechanical fixings for each panel. Good work from the team 👍🏻

We were contacted by Newport council and asked to lay a resin bonded floor to an outside seating area in Wales, Newport. This wasn't just an ordinary area, it had been specially designed to brighten up the area for the locals, the floor was first excavated and Tarmac laid to flat as possible with the stone on the surface closed the best it could be. The whole area was then scratch coated using a ronacrete pore filler to stop resin dropping through. After this had all cured the resin bonded was applied and different colour stone finished. The outcome was excellent leaving a bright vibrant area for the local community.

Eaton aerospace's floor was looking a bit worse for wear, peeling up and causing safety issues to workers. Total Constructive solutions went in and planed the floor back to sound solid concrete and applied DPM membrane to areas in which it was needed. Then proceeded to lay a two part, two cost medium duty resin floor system, with added anti slip on the top coat for safety. The finished product went really well for a refurb job and brightened up the areas and removed safety issues

This particular access ramp was looking old, dull and dirty, this surface also wasn't an anti slip surface which caused health and safety issues. Total Constructive Solutions LTD went in and laid a resin bonded anti slip surface in order to brighten up and help with the safety issues.

The previous asphalt surface was showing stress cracks and age related wear, so Total Constructive Solutions LTD overcame this by laying a new waterproof car park deck. Thus changing the look of the car park and providing a waterproof system.

Survey and repair structural columns on the poolside of the leisure centre due to RSJ corrosion. The RSJ steels were cleaned and treated in order to stop corrosion. Then repaired to fire proof the steels.
