From the ground up.

Full electrical installation on this house - and on the ground floor, we worked with the architect client to upgrade the floor build-up.

• 50mm blinding layer of concrete over existing soil
• New joists in places and sleeper wall plates where necessary
• Telescopic vents added and air bricks for proper circulation
• Non-breathable membrane installed between joists to form a basket for wood fibre insulation
• Breathable membrane over the top
• 25mm ply finish across the whole floor

Where depth was limited, PIR insulation was used to maintain performance.

We went a bit further than just the electrical work on this one to help keep the project moving and get the client in sooner - something we’re always happy to get involved with.

A solid, well-detailed solution that you don’t see - but you feel once the space is finished.

We really enjoyed lighting this shoe shop in Southampton.

Originally opened in 1803, it’s still going strong and trading successfully to this day - something you don’t see often.

We’ve been looking after the electrical installation here for over 20 years and always enjoy coming back to work on this site.

It’s always great to receive feedback like this from long-standing clients.

We’ve been looking after the electrical systems across the Osborne House buildings for many years, carrying out both maintenance and complex upgrade work.

Most recently we completed a full review and upgrade of the landlord electrical supplies across all five blocks. This included improvements to systems serving:

• Lift machinery
• New Three-phase distribution boards
• New Single-phase distribution boards
• Fire alarm systems
• Landlord lighting and power

All works were completed with the appropriate certification and satisfactory EICRs, ensuring the installations meet current standards and remain fully compliant for the management company.
