Job done other week, Garage Conversion, with Kitchen Alterations, First Fix Bathroom Install with an Extra Understands Toilet, photos are of an incomplete stage unfortunately as by the time I completed an area other contractors was straight in covering.
Client and Customer where very happy with finished results and I be returning for second Fix very soon.

Another EMERGANCY CALL OUT.
Phones been buzzing recently,
Cold water storage tank overfilling,
Overflow pipe found to be leaking,
3 story victorian building ruined due to leak,
Leak repaired and tested.
Sorce of issue was found to not be a faulty valve but a wrongly installed blending valve on a tap on first floor which was causing main pressure cold water to force its way back up the gravity hot feed and refill the tank In reverse to which its supposed to.

Fixed with a non return valve on hot supply at tap and problem solved.
Please take consideration into who you hire this was easyily avoidable if the contractor had better knowledge.

Alterations to Main Incoming Supply, new will be encased behind a cabinet with an access panel for the stop c**k and drain off, radiators tails installed,

Ps we did restraghten radiator tails once the screededing was completed as these was tapped out of place a little by other contractors not taking care.

Unfortunately forgot to take an after photo on this one but replacement 3 port divertor valve on a Main combi 30 HE, customer had issue with temperature of hot water at outlets, problem identified and fixed withing 24hrs.

Landlord gas safety certificate, Unfortunately cooker was immediately dangerous to life so required decommissioning as for the boiler this was not up to current standards regarding flue termination position being to close to window opening, Happy customer despite shutting cooker down, my duties as a gas engineer is safety to life above all.
