🔥 BMW 640D STAGE 2 TUNING 🔥

BMW 640D on the dyno with us today for some Stage 2 treatment! 💪🏻

With a DPF downpipe fitted, we carried out Stage 2 ECU tuning to unlock some serious performance from the 3.0 twin-turbo diesel! 🚀

📊 DYNO RESULTS

🔹 Stock: 313BHP / 663NM

🔥 Stage 2: 403BHP / 802NM

📈 GAINS:
✅ +90BHP
✅ +139NM

Over 400BHP and 800NM of torque! 💥

🔥 MK1 GOLF GTI – DYNO DAY! 🔥

Something a little different in at JCE Performance today! 💪🏻

This MK1 Golf GTI hit the rollers after we carried out some hardware upgrades in preparation for custom tuning!

🔧 Upgrades carried out:
✅ Uprated external fuel pump
✅ Bosch 550cc injectors
✅ K300 hybrid turbo
✅ Performance intake kit

With the hardware installed, it was time for some custom dyno tuning! 💻🔥

📊 Final Dyno Figures:
🚀 290 BHP / 440 NM

We experienced some wheel slip during the runs, which affected the torque reading, with a more realistic estimate of around 400 NM.

Not bad at all for an old-school Golf GTI! 😎🔥

Josh’s stunning Audi S3 8V was in with us for a serious performance upgrade, taking things to the next level with our Stage 3 package! 🚀

🔧 Upgrades carried out:

* Garrett PowerMax Stage 1 Turbo
* VIS Motorsport HPFP Internals
* Custom Stage 3 ECU Tuning

💻 CUSTOM TUNING

Josh wanted a reliable, usable setup with a target of 450BHP, so we tailored the calibration to his requirements, also limiting torque to 600Nm.

Rather than chasing maximum figures, the focus was on delivering strong, consistent performance while keeping everything within the customer’s requested limits. 💪

This Cupra 290 was in with us yesterday for a selection of upgrades to improve braking performance and drivetrain response! 💪🏻

🔧 Work carried out:
✅ HEL Performance braided brake lines
✅ Powerflex dogbone mount upgrade
✅ Mintex front brake pads
✅ Motul RBF660 high-performance brake fluid
✅ Full brake system bleed

The braided lines and RBF660 fluid help deliver a firmer, more consistent brake pedal, while the Powerflex dogbone upgrade reduces unwanted engine movement for a more direct driving feel! 🚀

A great combination of upgrades for a fast road setup! 🔥

This M135i is back in with us, this time for some preventative maintenance on the ZF 8-speed automatic gearbox.
