Here at this HMO the landlords had an issue with this cubicle for a while so we stripped back the shower tray and found a rotten( rodent ) infested shower bed.
✅ we removed the old tray and frame
✅ installed a new shower tray at floor level
✅ we water proof tanked the shower area before covering the existing tiles with wet wall panels
✅ new shower screen and sealed the tray.

This is a quick and cost effective way to get your shower area back working without issues and without the cost of a full bathroom re fit. 👊🏻
