Green house ready! A very tough 5 days work to complete solo. All on a very sturdy foundation and concrete base for the sandstone slabs. All v jointed and built to last!

I’m not one to post videos but here you are. I’ve had 2 crazy work rate days and I’m exhausted. Foundation in with 2 layers of rebar and the concrete with fibers in 17 inches deep by 9 inches wide. This will last 2 lifetimes I hope maybe more. 2 courses of brick running down to
4 courses! Brickwork tomorrow 😮‍💨

Even the little jobs count even when I have to match terrible existing brickwork. But someone has to do it.

A job also recently complete for burnham on crouch council. Seating area repair and a change of plans so this sort of stuff doesn’t happen again. Wooden Benches built into brickwork and heavy hand rails don’t mix well with a soft red brick. Turned out well I’d say.

Something a bit different for an extension was actually on an architects house. The side was an existing garage being transformed into a part of the extension. Stud walls being lined on the inside, bit of a strange plan but we’ve followed it and in the process made easy access for the internal works and landscapers. Back to stitch in the front at a later date.

Just another tradesmen sharing another tradesman’s post. This isn’t my bathroom but wish it was! Oscar at lawfords tiling is only a young fella but when he tiled my bathroom floor a few months back you could see how fussy he was and wanting to make a perfect job! Decided to make a feature of the middle pier on my front garden wall, so I removed what was there and replaced it with this. it’s busy it was difficult but I managed to make it work. Regarding the limestone it was my first time ever touching the stuff with all the wrong tools I made it work and I’m happy with how it come out. Got quite a few more ideas I do want to try out also.
