A birch ply dressing room with some added bespoke details. Units added to complete the run on each side with a beautifully curved Formica dressing table, complete with a tapered leg for support. The carcasses are Ikea Pax and I worked meticulously with the client to make the dressing room to how they envisaged it.

This is me with pretty much every tool I use to make and install my units. My workspace is small and has no fixed machinery, which means I can’t pre-assemble everything before I spray and fit it. Because of that, every job has to be planned meticulously to ensure each piece fits to perfection.

People often ask whether I plan to expand and move into bigger premises, and the answer is always: maybe one day. But for now, I enjoy working with my hands and creating beautiful, one-off pieces far too much to trade my tools for computers and more paperwork.
