Another GARAGE CONVERSION complete. A great way to convert a storage space into a usable space. Snug/lounge area, shower/toilet and utility. This was a small garage so did what we could with space.

NEW PORCH. Build in blue stock brick, Black mortar. Internal and external composite doors. GRP roof with roof lantern. LVT herringbone flooring. Step finished with porcelain bull nose. Existing house brickwork to be render at a later date.

This customer contacted us after agreeing the required works with another building contractor, start date was agreed, then kept changing the dates.( which does happen when trying to complete existing projects) then asked for a 50% deposit upfront a week b4 due to start. No mention of this during the process. After some investigation by the customer the company was not registered anymore and filing for bankruptcy. We was delighted with the opportunity to price the project for a nice family in formby. Upgrade of rear extension. Remove existing roof and alter brickwork. Rjs steels installed. Fit new roof with roof lantern. New floor with underfloor heating and lvt flooring. 3 x bifold doors. New kitchen fitted.

GARAGE CONVERSION. Done under a building notice to full building regulations. We managed to create 3 usable rooms in this space. Shower and toilet room, utility and office.
