Another brilliant team effort with GHM Landscaping. Its only now its complete and i look back at some before photos, i realise how big of a transformation this has actually been. It was a challenging one at times whether it was certain aspects of the job, or inclement weather ☔️🌧️ But we got it over the line, and instead of having to wait until next spring, thanks to the hot tub it can be used and enjoyed all through the winter months.

All groundworks and landscaping completed by GHM Landscaping and all electrical work completed by JAL Electrical solutions ltd.

I’ve been particularly looking forward to seeing this one finished. Another amazing garden transformation working alongside GHM Landscaping for some truly brilliant customers.

Not only was this about making sure this beautiful garden could be enjoyed late in to the night, but also being a corner plot with limited close proximity street lighting, darkness definitely seemed to be an issue that needed to be addressed and i think we did just that, exterior lighting is controlled via a 7 day digital timer with programming capabilities to suit almost every need, meaning it can be left untouched and will do its thing ensuring you never come back to a dark home again. The interior garden lights once again are dimmable for selecting the right ambiance for the occasion and controlled wirelessly to minimise mess and disruption inside the home but still have the convenience of a switch inside.

Another lovely job ticked off working alongside GHM Landscaping. Festoon lighting and pillar lighting both separately and wirelessly switched from the house with another switch hidden on the pergola itself to control conveniently from wherever you are. Want to be able to create the perfect ambiance for an evening outdoors? Then dimmable is a must, and these do just that.

The icing on the cake to this seating area has to be… WiFi🛜 A hard wired access point back to your main router allows seamless connection between your devices and offers fantastic speeds(based on your current broadband package). Working from home definitely just got a lot more enjoyable when you can sit and work in the sunshine and not be worrying about signal☀️

Another soffit light job recently completed in Banks. A difficult one to layout to ensure they were all as even and as symmetrical as possible due to nearly all the sections of brickwork between the windows being different sizes as a result of the windows on each sides being different, but the end result makes all the marking out and measuring worth it, and also resulted in another happy customer.
All wirelessly switched meaning very minimal mess and damage inside the house.

Thankfully this wasnt energised⚡️ . Cables should always be buried at the correct depth but unfortunately thats not always the case, you really have to take care whenever breaking ground.

Repaired with a resin filled joint, once cured can be taken down the the correct depth to avoid any future accidents.
