We’re approaching the final few weeks now on this full renovation in churchtown. This has had a full refurb, new roof, new first floor built, single storey extension on the back, stairs relocated. We’re making a start on the paneling and floors. Final photos to follow soon 👀.

Windows, doors and the new staircase have all started to go in this week and they’re looking 👌🏽. The lads .d.w.smithjoinery have done a lovely job of making the timber windows and doors for this one👍🏼. Big push next week with the plastering and make a start on the second fix

What a transformation on this one in churchtown. We completely gutted this house and have build a new first floor, extended the dormer and put a single storey extension on the back. We’re just waiting on the new windows and doors and this one is nearly there. Can’t wait to see the finish here.

So after many delays we were delighted to finally open up our new diy store in ainsdale village today. We have a range of tools, building materials, garden equipment, flowers and much more. We’re open 7days a week and we have a free local delivery service from Monday to Saturday. We hope to see everyone soon 😃

We’re just a few weeks away from finishing off this kitchen extension now. Quartz, flooring and rendering next week. This is already looking amazing and I can’t wait to see it finished. You can take a look at our previous posts to see photos of our progress throughout the build

Back to it tomorrow. The back of the house is now out and steels are in place. Another big week this week and heading towards the first fix in a couple of weeks.
