This annual service and deep clean on a swim spa and hot tub combo was a huge job—taking 12 hours from start to finish!

We completed a full pipework flush and deep clean, thoroughly inspecting and testing all electrical components, pumps, heating equipment, plumbing and pipework. The result? Looking and running like brand new.

We received an emergency call from an Airbnb owner in Southport—the hot tub pump had completely failed, with new guests arriving later that day.

Despite the spa being relatively new, the pump shaft had seized solid. Thankfully, our proactive approach means we carry a wide range of replacement pumps and parts on the van. We had the correct pump in stock, replaced it immediately and had the hot tub running again before the guests arrived. 💦
