Just completed a luxury en suite Bathroom in a converted Barn in Scarisbrick.
As you can see the end result is fantastic and the client is over the moon.

Upgraded my cover photograph today with a nice shot of my favourite House build which I project managed a good few years ago ! Hopefully you will agree with me that it still looks special.My advice is, use good materials , the best tradesmen and importantly with good project management you will have years of the best possible plesasure together with maximum long term property investment.Not forgetting low maintenance costs.
If you can guess the year of the build I will treat you to a nice bottle of wine !

Had an interesting meeting at Trafford College last week looks like I am going to be doing some guest lecturing in the near future !
Should be good passing on some of the knowledge to the young building students !
Only downside being when you look out of the classroom window Old Trafford is smack in your face !!
