It has finally begun! What was a tired old bungalow was re imagined into a completely bespoke and contemporary new home. Once complete the large windows and orientation on site will allow for unspoiled views over the surrounding fields.

Construction is underway and we can not wait to see the vaulted open plan living space take shape!

A little look back at this split level extension to the rear of a traditional Victorian property in Southport.

The dual levels of the extension aim to provide something visually interesting whilst also serving a very practical purpose. The high level roof conceals an internal level change from the elevated ground floorndown to the garden. The property is now much better connected to the garden with tonnes more natural light.

This kitchen, living extension to a traditional Victorian property in Southport really does show that a property renovation can disproportionately improve the usability and enjoyment of the property.

Another traditional property completely restored!.... Of course we had to give it a bit of a modern twist at the rear!

A striking, heavy set, modern single storey extension to give the house the large open plan kitchen, dining and living space that it needs. The oversized glazed doors and roof lights help to draw light into the space despite the cantilevered eaves detailing.

We have been waiting for these photos!!

We're delighted to show you these completion shots of a detached new build in Scarisbrick. Despite multiple failed planning applications, prior to our involvement, we were successful in negotiations with the local authority!

The property sits within a Conservation Area so material choice, massing and detailing were all very crucial. At the same time we need the home to feel modern, bright and airy.
