Finished this roof last week for a great customer.

The property had multiple leaks, so we made time between scheduled jobs to get it sorted quickly and prevent any further damage.

Work completed:

• Marley Ashmore tiles in Old English
• Dry ridge and verge system installed
• Chimney repointed and sealed with mastic
• Chimney liner and cap fitted (thanks to Sam Kimball)
• New uPVC fascias, soffits, and gutters
• GRP flat roof installation

Another solid job completed and a watertight home once again.

Looks a lot better now don’t you think?

Old felt over the top of the concrete roof had seen better days so replaced with new 3inch fairings and a new GRP roof with 18mm T&G boards

Loved doing this plastic job in Northampton

Fascias, Hollow soffit boards, Guttering and downspouts and finished off with a dry verge system

as you can see from the before pictures makes the house look totally different

Nice little sun tunnel fitted today to give this bathroom some natural light

Pictures don’t show it justice but turns a dark space into a really nice bright room

Couple days off now with the family and then back to it
