We carried out a full DPC to the room, removed the old fireplace and corner cupboards, plasterboarded the ceiling and then skimmed the walls and ceiling to leave a smooth, fresh finish ready for decorating.

This week we completed another damp proofing project in Liverpool. The property had signs of rising damp on the wall at the bottom of the stairs, so we installed a new chemical damp proof course, membrane and plastered the affected area. To tackle ongoing condensation issues, we also fitted a PIV (Positive Input Ventilation) unit, improving air circulation and helping to reduce excess moisture and black mould.
