We are looking to hire a new landscape operative to join our team. The ideal candidate would be someone who is self motivated, keen and who has a passion to learn.

Key skills

- A full clean driving licence

- Own transport to and from site

- Organisation and planning

- Good communication

- Literacy and numeracy

- Understanding of health and safety procedures

- Excellent time keeping

- High standard of customer service

- Reliable and willing to work in all weathers

At least one years experience preferred and a full Uk driving licence is a must.

How to avoid hiring rogue landscaping companies 👇

Landscaping businesses can only join Trustmark through the Association of Professional Landscapers (APL). By being a part of TrustMark, you can be assured your chosen landscape business is:

✅ Visited annually and their legality and trading record is checked.
✅ Assessed on the quality of their work on site, both during the building phase and on completion every three years as a minimum.
✅ They have signed up to the APL’s Customer Charter whereby they are a member of the HTA (Horticultural Trades Association) and have been trading for a minimum of two years.

Plus, if you have a problem you cannot solve with the landscaper, the APL has a process to assist with a resolution.
