Started off the week with a productive site progress meeting at our Katie O’Brien’s bar project in Lincoln.

With the lighting resolved and all demolition works complete, we’re now focused on piecing everything back together.Our completion date set for the 25th of September, the coming weeks will showcase significant progress thanks to the hard work and dedication of the Empire team 💪🏼

Today we wrapped up a full round of lighting and sound testing in Room 2 — and the results are electric.
The nightclub is coming to life as dynamic lighting scenes and precision-tuned acoustics transform the space into an immersive experience.

The bespoke booth seating has now arrived, marking another milestone in the fit-out of Southampton’s newest nightclub.

From the tailored upholstery to the carefully curated lighting and signage, every detail has been designed to deliver a unique and memorable atmosphere. Our priority has always been comfort — ensuring guests can relax and enjoy themselves — while bringing energy and vibrancy to the space.

Project: Nightclub fit out

Our team has gone above and beyond, putting in the hours to ensure every detail is finished to the highest standard. With just a few final touches and cleaning left, we’re looking forward to today’s client walk-through, aiming for an official handover this week. Another project nearly complete and another quality build delivered by Empire Contractors LTD.

Sneak peek of the main dance floor bar and our brand-new stage DJ booth area! 🎶🍸

There’s still a little more to do – final patching of the main dance floor, some additional key clamp, and decorative finishes – but everything will be wrapped up next week.

The transformation so far is already outstanding đź‘Ź The team has worked incredibly hard to keep everything on track. All seating areas are bespoke, handcrafted by our own team, with seating pads being added on Monday.

Amazing effort from everyone involved – well done team! 🙌✨

🚪Bespoke Carpentry 🚪

We were tasked with blocking off the upper-level entrance of a nightclub. Before works began, the access points were open and unfinished, offering no separation between levels.

Our team installed new studwork linings and fitted barn-style double doors to both sides of the club, transforming the entrances into a secure and stylish feature. The project is now ready for final decoration, delivering a professional finish and enhancing the overall layout of the venue.
