So today I was attending a pub to repair some broken furniture, whilst there, they mentioned the outside lights had stopped working, and asked if I could take a look. On a quick examination I noticed a junction box had been taped up 🚩🚩🚩yep, they had gotten a bit wet… a couple of lights have broken and are awaiting replacements, but for now, atleast some are back working 🙂 junction boxes replaced for weatherproof IP54 rated boxes, and replaced a 5m stretch of flexi as the sun had deteriorated its outer pvc. The job isn’t complete, we will be back when the new light fittings arrive to replace 2 more junction boxes, I didn’t have my long ladder 🪜!
