Quality Staircases supplied and installed this bespoke staircase for a unique home in Norfolk which has been converted from a former bakery.

The staircase was fabricated using heavy-duty C-Section channel steel with brushed stainless steel stringers and top rails. All infill panels have an ‘Audi Grey’ powder-coated finish as chosen by the customer.

These photos show the unfinished staircase with empty tread trays (prior to being filled with coloured resin).

We worked closely with Building Control to ensure that the staircase complied with building regulations and wasn’t too intrusive to the downstairs living space.

The owners of this renovation property near Lincoln enlisted Quality Staircases to help with their charming barn conversion project.

We fabricated and installed these bespoke anthracite grey mild steel balustrades and accompanying handrail which have a textured finish to show off their natural colour without reflection. Also note how the corners are curved and not mitred.

Quality Staircases were selected to supply and install a new staircase at this exceptional barn conversion property near Grantham in Lincolnshire. This stunning home has formerly housed horse stables and has now been lovingly transformed.

The owner personally helped to design their bespoke staircase prior to fabrication. It incorporates stylish matt black mild steel balustrades, combined with traditional timbers including oak treads.

The under-stairs storage area was cleverly utilised to accommodate a modern underfloor heating system which is accessible for maintenance.

Our external balustrade handrails truly transformed the entrance to this beautiful property in Cambridgeshire.

These Quality Staircases bespoke balustrades were designed with clean lines and a sleek black finish to create a striking appearance.

They were manufactured using mild steel box section which was powder coated for durability. Our experienced engineers installed the balustrades, affixing them to the steps permanently.

The owners of this stunning house in Stamford enlisted Quality Staircases to replace their traditional wooden staircase handrail and balustrade with bespoke replacements.

We manufactured the new handrail and landing balustrade from hollow mild steel which was powder-coated with a luxurious Bright Copper Matt finish to give a striking appearance. The stair treads were also upgraded to 20mm solid oak and treated with Osmo non slip oil.

The team from Quality Staircases enjoyed fabricating and installing these bespoke brushed stainless steel balustrades for the rooftop balcony of a new city centre luxury penthouse apartment.

These balustrades provide attractive safety railings which allow the owners to safely enjoy their stunning view of the urban landscape. The pictures show the handrails covered with a black protective film throughout the installation.

Quality Staircases manufactured and installed this bespoke industrial access staircase for a large bakery facility. We followed plans which were designed by the clients architect, including the stainless steel handrails.

Here the tread trays are shown hollow (prior to the addition of concrete slabs and rubber coating). Food factories require high grade materials and specifications which comply with food safety regulations.
