Tired old heat only boiler and open vented hot water cylinder out and replaced with a Baxi 830 combination boiler. We stole some of the airing cupboard to create a larger bathroom the other side and still managed to fit this in with plenty of room for future servicing and maintenance. Freshly plastered and painted ensuring a perfect finish ⚫️

Stunning kitchen & utility we’ve installed recently 🪚 Howden’s shaker in pebble, T&G end panels with decorative plinths, finished off with a lovely granite worktop really setting this kitchen off. Alexa controlled LED lighting and fully tiled floor all the way through, really pleased with how this came out 💡🧱. Bathroom renovation completed this week, removal of an airing cupboard creating a larger space to accommodate a lovely Rhoper Rhodes bath, herringbone flooring laid and finished off with an olive wall hung basin unit and gunmetal brassware 🛠️

Recent bathroom and en-suite re model in west pinchbeck, challenging as it was being an old farmhouse was certainly enjoyable, A.Fuller Construction with the plastering and tiling and left for to decorate 😮‍💨

Me and Kieran have been busy this week, converting a very un-efficient heat only oil fired boiler paired with instantaneous electric water heaters, to a new Grant vortex pro combination boiler at West Pinchbeck village hall 🔥
