Thorpe By Water - Spanish Slate Roof 🔥

This job included -
•fit oak soffit and fascia’s to the house and all 5 dormer windows
•supply and fit felt support trays
•supply and fit kloeber breathable felt membrane
•supply and fit 2 by 1 treated roof battens
•supply and fit Spanish slate using copper nails
•supply and fit lead soakers , valleys , cheeks and apex’s to the dormer windows
•used existing ridge tiles
The customers of this job provided the oak and and painted it after we completed the job so it was great to get back out to get these finished photos before the guttering goes on .

Great team effort on this job and the finish product is unbelievable 🔥🔥

There was no access for skips to this job so My Castle Property Maintenance Limited joined forces with us and took care of all of our waste needs !!!
