A day in the life……

Started with an oil boiler service, followed by a pre upgrade audit to replace 4 commercial and archaic boilers inc system overhaul, an electrical DB upgrade and wiring survey and finally to a faulty boiler call.

Everyday is different.

Another oil boiler installation complete and issued with a 10 year warranty. This boiler is set up with dual oil pumps, one low fire and one high fire, meaning when there is less demand the boiler will use less oil, therefore saving more money than most other oil boilers on the market.

We have also boosted the cold water mains pressure to this property so this customer can enjoy water pressures like they have never before

Finally with ongoing issues with radiator balancing, pressure independent valves have been fitted to each radiator, so that’s another niggly issues resolved too!

Result. Another happy customer.

Note
The difference with warranties 👍here is that most oil boilers come standard with a 2 year warranty, you can pay for 5 with the odd oil boiler manufacturer. 10 years standard that costs no more is a one off.

We have just completed a large and complex rewire to a large property. 3 "Fusebox" fuse boxes have been installed to this property, with RCBO, Surge and AFDD protection as standard. Ben has done a fantastic job and the customer is delighted with his work and the result. Today is testing day.
