Removal of an inefficient Baxi 105e and the installation of a Main Eco Compact 30kw combination boiler.

System chemically cleaned with sentinel x400 and protected with sentinel x100 inhibitor.

New magnetic filter on heating return to protect boiler heat exchanger and maintain system efficiency.

Shock arrestor fitted on cold water to protect boiler.

Called to do a Landlords gas safety certificate and I noticed this. Previous engineer had removed a damaged insulation panel and didn't replace it, this is the damage that was caused.
The engineer also fitted a gas valve 8 yr ago and didn't set the co/co2 ratios up correctly..
This wasn't picked up on the yearly checks by the engineer.

Powerflushing of 20 radiators at Cockfield using kamco cf 90.
New magnetic filter on primary return.
Inhibitor added to protect system pipework and controls.
Radiators balanced and system now heating correctly.
