We had another ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review today after an EcoFlow Ocean 2 plus installation last week, and I’ll be honest… it gives me just as much of a buzz now as making a big sale used to.
I spent years in sales, and I absolutely loved winning business. Not because I’d talked anyone into something they didn’t need, but because I’d earned their trust by being honest, giving them all the options, and helping them make the right decision.
Eight years on, I’m no longer the salesman—I’m one of the people installing the systems. And while getting the order is still a great feeling, it doesn’t come close to finishing a job, standing back knowing you’ve done it properly, and then getting a five-star review afterwards.
We don’t cut corners. We don’t disappear when the job’s finished. If it takes until 8 or 9 o’clock at night to get it right, that’s what we do. Every installation is treated as if it were going into our own home.
So, to the customer who took the time to leave that review… thank you. It genuinely means a lot.
Doing the job right will always matter more to us than simply getting the job.
