This roof could not hang on for any longer, half of the verge landed on next doors flat roof with a big bang 💥

One street in wildwood/Stafford we have completed the same repairs to 5/6 houses.
House 6 has now booked in with us yesterday with the same problems 🔨

A low pitched roof with a high moss build up will fail over time.

New battens and membrane installed.
All moss removed.
New timber work and facia boards installed for this gable end 🔨

New membrane and battens.
New smooth grey low pitch mendip tiles installed.

We have had a 4 week delay on these low pitch sky lights! very happy to see them finally arrive this week.

We have been working closer to the sun this week ☀️🥵 wow this has been a struggle; but we have cracked on with this double reroof in Gnosall 🔨

New battens and membrane installed.
Using original tiles.
New ridge tiles installed with the dry ridge system.
New black dry verges installed.

We will be making a return visit next week for a full chimney repoint.

Every single tile was over maximum gauge.
Broken battens.
Broken tiles.
Damaged membrane all over the roof 👎🏻

Now-
New battens and membrane installed.
New smooth grey tiles installed.
Another tile course added to improve the head lap🔨
