🔨 WE’RE HIRING – MULTI-SKILLED BUILDER / CONSTRUCTION OPERATIVE 🏠

JRJ Homes is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, experienced and genuinely multi-skilled person to join our team.

We work across a variety of new builds, extensions, renovations and property refurbishment projects, so we’re looking for someone who can turn their hand to different aspects of building work and take pride in delivering a high standard of workmanship.

🛠️ Skills We’re Looking For

Ideally, you’ll have experience in several of the following:

✅ Groundworks & drainage
✅ Tiling – floors and walls
✅ Plastering / skimming – basic to good standard
✅ General building works
✅ Internal alterations and structural works
✅ Basic carpentry / joinery
✅ Rendering / patching
✅ Basic plumbing and building-related tasks
✅ Understanding of construction methods and sequencing
✅ General maintenance and snagging

You don’t need to be an expert in every trade. We’re looking for someone who is multi-skilled, practical, hardworking and able to understand how different elements of a building project fit together.

👷 THE RIGHT PERSON

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience within the construction industry
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Takes pride in their workmanship
• Is reliable, punctual and professional
• Has a good eye for detail
• Can work across different projects and locations
• Has a positive attitude and is willing to get stuck in
• Holds a valid driving licence
