Unfortunately, all to often we are carrying out work for customers that have previously had trades personal attend their home and they have stated that they have the relevant qualifications and registrations and they didn't.

This meaning that the work was
🔹Not carried out how it should have been
🔹Regulations and legal requirements were not adhered to
🔹Unable to be fixed but still be charged by the previous business

The list is endless!

Is your boiler not working in this freezing cold weather?! It could be that your condensate pipe is frozen outside.
We have received a lot of telephone calls due to this weather and we will try our up most to get to people, but this could be worth trying.
Go outside to your condensate pipe and pour boiling water over it and it will thaw the pipe out, enabling your boiler to start working again.
We hope that this helps you or someone that you may know in the horrendous weather.
