We haven't posted for a while, been really busy and always forget to post 🤷‍♂️
Anyway, Thought it would be a good idea to update on our last project, a full house refurbishment for a terrific customer.
As you can see the house was very dated, we have had gas connected to the house, new boiler and central heating system, all new pipework throughout and a stylish new bathroom with mixer shower , Electrics had not been touched since who knows when, so out came the wiring and consumer unit and in went the updated Electrics with plenty of sockets and a new hive system so the heating can be controlled remotely. Every bit of joinery was replaced to achieve a more modern look, walls came out and plastering all the way through giving a brand new, fresh finish. In went a new Kitchen in a stylish grey finished with an oak style worktop, we then painted throughout in brilliant white to give this house a warm and open feel and a blank canvas ready for putting in those personal touches, a great carpet throughout totally finished off the project.

Full rip out, plaster skim to walls and ceiling, kitchen supplied and fitted, black metro tiles with silver/grey grout on walls. Slate effect laminate flooring supplied and fitted. New radiator supplied and fitted.

Full joinery package including 126 metres of skirting, 138 metres of architrave, 10 door frames, 10 oak doors, full kitchen with centre island units and granite worktops.

The first job of 2019 is all finished. Full refurbishment on a salon "The Agency" @ Dunscroft, Doncaster.

Here is a sample of colours available.
Resin driveways can be laid over most existing surfaces, usually same day overlay. We can also create the pathway, patio, driveway in order to lay the resin.

RESIN SURFACED DRIVEWAYS.

Here are 10 reasons to consider a resin surfaced driveway.

1. It’s permeable: cold mixed on site using a process that ensures every particle of stone is completely covered in resin; forming a structurally stable 3D matrix. During the laying process, minute voids are created that allows water to drain through.

2. It’s aesthetically pleasing: not only is it decorative, resin bound paving is sustainable, practical and versatile.

3. It’s resistant to weather conditions: doesn’t soften in summer, freeze in winter or fade in sunlight.

4.Its longevity: resin bound paving is a long lasting durable surface. When properly installed and maintained, can last for more than 25 years.

5. It requires minimal maintenance: there are no w**ds to 'w**d' or loose stone to sweep. A regular brush and occasional power wash will keep it looking as good as new.

6. It provides natural filtration: as surface or rain water seeps through the sub-base a natural filtration takes place – reducing or removing impurities and pollutants caused by oils and metals.

7. It reduces standing water (puddles): which in turn reduces surface water run-off and flash flooding.

8. It’s SuDS compliant (Sustainable urban Drainage Systems): a water management system introduced by the Environment Agency to help manage flood risk and water quality.

9. It reduces the ‘heat island’ effect: heat islands happen because hard surfaces, like asphalt and concrete, absorb and store heat. Permeable paving allows the soil underneath to breathe, which reduces surface temperatures and thereby the ‘heat island’ effect.

10. No planning permission required.
