I normally gather up cable scraps until I’ve collected enough to warrant a trip to the scrap metal yard but a very clever friend has found a much more creative outlet.

A beautiful gift from my customer today. Last year I wired up his workshop and today I was back there extending the lighting and ring circuit into an extension to his workshop that he’s just had built. He even gave me some carpentry lessons whilst I was there ☺️

There are some elements to being an electrician which I prefer to others. One of my favourites is garden lighting. So rewarding once completed and it’s always lovely to see some time after the work is finished and the garden has matured with different plants

This afternoon I visited a customer to do a small inside lighting job. Last summer I installed some garden lighting for them so it was lovely to visit at dusk and see the finished result. I don’t normally get the opportunity to see garden lighting at its best as these sorts of jobs are usually carried out in the summer and in full day light.
